Refund policy

A. Order change or cancellation policy

You may change or cancel an order within hours of it being placed, as long as it is before you have received the email confirming your order has been packaged and shipped. After the packaging process your order has been lodged for shipping.

 Please contact iKANDi Team via email with your order number on the subject as soon as possible. We reserve the right to refuse an order cancellation and the item must be returned to us in accordance with the returns policy, or we may charge a necessary fee should we need to return the package from a delivery service.

B. Returns policy

1. Faulty item return

We aim to provide you with products of the highest standard and quality. All sunglasses are revised by our packaging team before shipment.

If you have received a product with a defect, please contact us as soon as possible. To help on the warranty process you may be asked to provide us images of the product and its defect. You may also be asked to provide additional information to assist us with the assessment of the good(s).

  • If the product is confirmed to be defective, we will replace or repair the product. In case we are not able to do so we will refund the price of the product via your original payment method.
  • If the product is found not to have a defect, deemed out of warranty, or otherwise fails to comply with the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, we will contact you to determine whether you want us to dispose of the product or return the product at your expense.
  • It does not constitute as a defect if in our reasonable opinion a product has become of unacceptable quality following the sale to you, due to fair wear and tear, misuse, failure to use in accordance with manufacturers’ instructions, using it in an abnormal way, or failure to take reasonable care.

2. Change of mind returns (or exchanges)* 

*This policy is for online purchases only, not valid for purchases in store. We DO NOT refund or exchange if you change your mind for purchases in store. 

For all other return reasons, you can return items within 30 days of receiving the order confirmation via email, under the following conditions:

  • The first contact for the return should be done within 30 days of the order confirmation email;
  • unworn and unused and in a saleable condition with the original tag(s) attached;
  • In the original packaging, which must be in the original condition (box(es), case, cleaning cloth/pouch, additional booklet – if applicable).
  • You will be refunded the price of the item (excluding postage and/or purchasing fees) after your parcel arrives and is processed at our warehouse and compliant with all criteria above. The refund will be processed according to the original payment method.
  • IMPORTANT: In case the item is returned damaged (scratched/broken) our team will contact you about it. Depending on the condition of the sunglasses you will have a partial refund (to cover the expenses of repairing the sunglasses) or have your refund denied. If your refund is denied, we will offer you the option of discarding the product or send it back to you at your expense.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
