Why do I need to verify my ID?
At times, we may request ID verification to ensure the security of your purchase. Online transactions can be vulnerable to fraud, and this extra step helps protect your personal information. If a transaction is flagged by the credit card operator, we may ask for proof of identity to prevent unauthorized use of your card details. This process ensures that you are not charged for any purchases you didn't authorize.
When you provide your ID, it will be securely attached to your order and sent to our platform and the credit card operator for verification, in compliance with privacy regulations.
What forms of ID are accepted?
You can submit a photo of any of the following valid IDs:
- Driver’s license
- Proof of Age card
- Medicare card
- Passport (information page)
What happens if I don’t provide my ID?
If you choose not to comply with the ID verification request, your order will be cancelled seven days after the request was made, and your purchase will be refunded. This measure helps prevent fraud and ensures a safer online shopping experience for both our customers and our store.
